Our time is managed efficiently to ensure our schedules are correct, to reduce the number of variation orders that occur, hopefully eliminating them.

As well as working in the day to day materials buying arena, we have experience in both setting up Buying Departments and managing the procurement of materials for a current Top 10 Housebuilder and it's subsidiaries, as well as taking positions in Procurement and Corporate & Social Responsibility Groups for a well known Investment Organisation.
